Philippine property sector will continue to grow in 2015

Philippine property sector will enjoy another banner year this 2015, driven by bpo (business process outsourcing) industry to cope with the increasing demand for outsourcing services.

Approximately 204,300 units were completed in metro manila last 2014. ofw remittances grows to 6.1 percent year on year as of september 2014 and will continue to drive demand for the residential sector and the remittances is expected to grow at around 7% from 2014 to 2017.

The take up is high as the total vacancy rate across metro manila business districts is only 4 percent which is good for the economy.
